My motivation is to help others, and I limit my caseload to provide dedicated, personalized care. I use a solution-focused approach, which usually keeps my schedule open for new clients. No-Charge Initial Consultation
IIn counseling, the counselor’s unique personality and approach play a key role in the therapeutic process. Success often depends on the compatibility between the counselor and client. To ensure a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation, allowing potential clients to determine if my style aligns with their needs before committing. Billing and Payment Information
For providing outpatient counseling services, I am a contracted provider with multiple agencies. Each of these agencies operates under unique billing and payment policies, providing a variety of options tailored to meet the needs of clients. Whether you prefer self-pay arrangements or wish to utilize insurance coverage, I can guide you through the different possibilities available at each agency. My goal is to ensure that clients have access to the therapeutic services they require while navigating the financial aspects in a way that feels comfortable and manageable. With this diverse range of options, I strive to make quality mental health care accessible for everyone.
Fees
Intake Session (Required for every new case): $175
Intake sessions usually take between 60-120 minutes to complete.
Counseling Sessions: $175
Individual counseling sessions are scheduled for 60-Minute sessions.
Couples/Family Counseling Sessions are scheduled for 50-Minute sessions.
I implement a sliding scale for self-pay rates to help make counseling services accessible to those who might otherwise face financial barriers.

I am able to accept insurance at my practice with Headway.

If you are insured by a plan that I am in network with but prefer not to use your insurance benefits for any reason, you may be able to opt for self-pay. Please call me to discuss your situation.

Insurance Out-Of-Network Benefits
Virginia only at this time.
For all insurance plans I am not in-network with, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay a copay for our sessions, instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This typically allows clients to save on average 70% upfront on our sessions. During our intake process, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.
